Looking for a simple way to send a reminder a few hours after a cart is abandoned, then a second one the next day. Ideally made for Shopify stores.

The default Shopify recovery email feels robotic and arrives way too late. Customers tell me it reads like a robot. I want friendly, human-sounding nudges with my own timing.

Curious what actually works. We currently copy cart details into a spreadsheet and email people by hand. There has to be a better way to remind customers.

You could implement this on top of any transactional email API — webhook on cart idle, a cron worker for the follow-ups. The hard part is deliverability, not the idea.
