Using SignalAura

By creating an account or using SignalAura, you agree to these terms. SignalAura is a research tool for finding and organizing public conversations related to a product idea. It is not an outreach tool and does not contact people on your behalf.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live.

Research is evidence, not a promise

Reports are based on public material available to our sources at the time a run is made. Search coverage, source availability, and the number of relevant customer signals can vary. SignalAura does not invent evidence to meet a target.

A report is decision support, not legal, financial, investment, marketing, or business advice. A Demand Score and any summaries are not a guarantee of demand, revenue, product success, or customer outcomes. You remain responsible for your product and business decisions.

Your ideas and public-source material

You keep ownership of the ideas and materials you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process your input, run searches, create your report, and operate and improve the service.

Reports can contain links, excerpts, and metadata from public third-party sources. Those sources remain subject to their own terms and rights. Do not treat a SignalAura report as permission to copy, republish, contact, or use third-party content in a way that violates applicable law or a source platform’s rules.

Payments and subscriptions

A single Research Report costs $4.99. SignalAura Pro is a recurring $99 monthly subscription that includes up to 100 reports in each billing period. Prices, report allowances, and access are determined on the server after payment confirmation; a checkout return page alone does not unlock paid access.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Applicable taxes may be added by the payment provider where required.

Acceptable use

• Use SignalAura only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects public-source platforms and other people’s rights.
• Do not try to bypass payment, report limits, account restrictions, security controls, or source-platform restrictions.
• Do not use the service to harvest personal data, send spam, impersonate others, or interfere with the service.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or make the service available to others except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

Suspension, changes, and liability

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, threatens the service or other users, or is required to be restricted by law. We may change the service or these terms as the product evolves; material changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SignalAura is provided as available and our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
