What we collect

• Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
• Your product ideas, research requests, report history, and the public evidence collected for your reports.
• Subscription, payment, and entitlement records needed to provide paid reports and SignalAura Pro. Payment cards are handled by Lemon Squeezy, not stored by SignalAura.
• Technical and security information generated while you use the service, such as session and service logs needed to keep accounts secure and diagnose failures.

How we use it

• Create and secure your account, run research, store your reports, and enforce report allowances and account restrictions.
• Process purchases and subscriptions, prevent duplicate charges and abuse, and provide customer support.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and safety of SignalAura. We do not sell your personal information.

How research is processed

To turn your idea into a report, SignalAura may send relevant portions of your research request to AI and search providers, including Google AI, and query public-source platforms. Do not include confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in an idea submission.

A report may include excerpts and links from public conversations. SignalAura stores this evidence so you can inspect the basis for a finding. Public-source content remains subject to the terms and privacy practices of the original platform.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to run SignalAura, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Lemon Squeezy for payments and subscriptions, Google AI for bounded research analysis, and hosting and public-source providers needed to deliver the product.

We share information with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, comply with law, protect users and SignalAura, or support a business transfer. We do not share your private report history with other SignalAura users.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and report information while your account is active and for as long as needed for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, and security purposes. Payment records may need to be retained longer to meet tax or fraud-prevention obligations.

You can ask about access, correction, deletion, or a privacy concern by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained when required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Security and policy changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your account credentials private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may update this policy as SignalAura changes. The current version and its last-updated date will always appear on this page.
